The Israeli Kindergartens are located in underprivileged towns in order to give these youngsters a real opportunity for quality education equivalent to the higher socio-economic sector.

As part of the CHAI Education Network established in 1998 , the Israeli kindergartens were intended to ensure a foundation of common values among the children in Israel with the centralize theme based on democracy and Humanistic Jewish Culture . All of the Israeli Kindergartens were established upon request of the local Municipalities in neighborhood where the secular kindergartens were closed down. Normally, after these Israeli Kindergartens are operated by the CHAI Education Network, they are normally turned over to the local Municipality after the rehabilitation process has succeeded.
Goal: The Israeli Kindergartens were established so that it's graduate's will integrate in the secular education system upon strengthening equal opportunity and social solidarity
