Composing a school identity based on Humanistic spirit with the aim towards a Multicultural Jewish Culture.Assembling a managerial approach, based on democracy, responsibility and positioning quality teachers in the forefront. Developing educational and lifestyle programs derived from schools outlook.escorting principals for the whole way.

1. School Principals and leadership teams in schools .
2. Managers and leadership teams that are interested in joining The Israeli School network in the future.
Framework: 2 years (4 hours, once a week a total of 56 hours annual learning hours). Reward: Kibbutzim College of Education Certificate The Program's graduates receive a grade for their participation and the program itself is recognized as a continuing education program accepted by the Education Ministry . Registration: Is conditional based on a personal interview
